This is the part that i really like to share with..
An Indonesia Cuisine.......food
well i like a Indonesia cuisine very much not because i'm an Indonesian of course but when we make some dish we make it with a really spice and it's always smels good in my nose ummmm yummy.haha
well then start the first Dish
1.Rendang Sapi (cow meat)
Rendang Sapi is made from a fresh meat cow...
we boiled a meat with a some seasoning and spice for many hours
and then we put some spice again..and whoala....umm i'm think i'm hungry right now
2. It's the best and it's always be "Nasi Goreng"
Nasi Goreng or it's known as Fried Rice in english...Nasi Goreng it's rice that we fried and put some special seasoning like , garlic, onion, tomatoes, Scalian, sea food,
Belive me.....you won't regret if you come to Indonesia for just to eat this dish lol
3.Satay /Sate
These tasty meat skewers cook up over coals so hot they need fans to waft the smoke away.
Whether it’s chicken, goat, mutton or rabbit, the scrappy morsels get marinated in turmeric, barbecued and then bathed in a hearty dose of peanut sauce.
Other nations now lay claim to sate, but Indonesians consider it a national dish conceived by street vendors and popularized by Arab traders.
Each vendor seeks distinction, but "sate madura" –- served with rice cakes (ketupat) and diced cucumber and onion -– is distinguished by its boat-shaped street carts.
By the Way presiden Obama Loves Satay ♥ haha
4.Sambal
While technically more of a condiment, the chili-based sauce known as sambal is a staple at all Indonesian tables.
Dishes are not complete unless they have a hearty dollop of the stuff, a combination of chilies, sharp fermented shrimp paste, tangy lime juice, sugar and salt all pounded up with mortar and pestle.
So beloved is sambal, some restaurants have made it their main attraction,
well I can say that Sambal is Indonesian Sauce spicy...
5.Bakso
Bakso or Meatball is favorite dish among student in Indonesia.
And I remember when Obama visit jakarta last month He Say He like Baso very much ♥
It takes on many forms; meatballs –- springy or rubbery, the size of golf balls or bigger -– are made from chicken, beef, pork or some amorphous combination of them all. Sold mostly from pushcarts called kaki lima, bakso comes garnished with fried shallots, boiled egg and wontons.
Well that's top 5 Indonesian Dish By me haha....
